#1 Developer Help » Landing Page - Custom Header / Footer » November 4, 2016 1:29pm

We're looking to develop a few custom landing-pages that have different headers and footers than our standard pages.

From what I can tell, our pages are rendered by a 'default.php' file, that automatically includes the _header.php and _footer.php  file, as well as whatever template was selected.

Is there a supported and/or best-practice approach to creating one-off landing pages?
I'm thinking that I need to set up a routed template, that includes a different header and footer?  Am I correct in that assumption?

Thanks All!

The FormBuilder documentation suggests that e-mail notifications can be sent when a form is submitted.

"The template supports capturing user submissions to the database as well as setting up a list of email addresses for alerts."

Can you provide more specific documentation on how to set this up?
I see a variable called $emails in the template, that appears to contain the alert addresses.
Is there a way to set this on a per-form basis? Or do I need to initialize that variable explicitly in the template, with our email addresses?

Thanks!

Hmm.

That allowed us to use the existing images that were in the Image Library, but we're still having trouble uploading new images.

The upload acts like it works correctly, but we end up with a broken image link in the Image Library.
Is there another cache directory I've missed, that isn't actually displayed in the site status?

Thanks!

That was precisely it.
Thanks so much!

All-
We're having an issue when selecting the cover photos for articles.

The image in question is stored on S3, and exceeds the minimum-size requirements

File Type jpg
Width 2000
Height 1333
Uploaded 1/21/16 @ 1:59pm

However, when I try to save, I get the following error:
Cover: Image uploaded (image.jpg) did not meet the minimum size of 1380x520 pixels.
Cover: An invalid file was uploaded. Valid file types: JPG, GIF, PNG.

We recently changed some file permissions, so I'm wondering if BigTree needs to be able to write to cache directories or something?
Is there some sort of integrity-check page that will verify everything is working as expected?

Thanks!
Ben Shoemaker
