Thanks timbuckingham for your response but I was asking about any CMS's that supports Search Plugin not a specific one. Anyway  I got the required information with the help of my friends and colleagues is that Wordpress supports many search plugins and the recent one is "WordPress Full Text Search" plugin which not only made the websites fully searchable but also make the attachment files searchable by their content as well. That's really helped me alot.
