Is it possible to disable Message Center?

It's not possible to completely disable it but you could hide it from the navigation and dashboard by creating custom versions of /core/admin/layouts/_header.php and /core/admin/modules/dashboard/default.php in their respective /custom/ directories (see https://www.bigtreecms.org/developers/d … ing-core/).
