Hi sir, This sounds stupid but. is there a way that I can set Bigtree DB in the Oracle Database instead of mySql? Because our server is using Oracle DB as a standard. And is there a way that I can migrate from localhost db to Oracle without messing up my data and set up of Bigtree?

I've never worked with an Oracle database so I'm not sure what would be involved in configuring BigTree to work on Oracle.

Thank you so much for this fantastic D-Bal review and that Info sir.
Hi Tim, it's supposed to work though, isn't it? I have limited knowledge about Oracle, but I don't see why it wouldn't. Unless I'm missing something important.

I have never actually attempted to use BigTree on top of an Oracle back-end. I'm not familiar enough with the Oracle vs MySQL syntax differences to know how well it would translate. In theory, if the SQL syntax is compatible you should be able to place a replacement SQL interface class in /custom/inc/sql.php which replaces the sql function calls with calls to Oracle rather than mysqli.
