Integration of other php Apps (FluxBB and others)

I understand you all were able to integrate FluxBB with BigTree. I'm a little curious as to how to do that myself as I'm building a website for a community and we would like to have a forum and other things that aren't necessarily apart of BigTree to begin with. Thanks for the help.

FluxBB is actually sitting outside of BigTree and there's little direct integration. We do bootstrap BigTree inside of the FluxBB theme to pull in navigation but beyond that there's not much integration. Simply placing it inside of /site/forum/ allows it to live outside of the BigTree environment.

Ah, thanks. I'll have to learn a little bit more about bootstrapping before I do something of that nature.
