Report to track deleted pages/content

It would be helpful to be able to access a report of deleted pages in the event that content is unexpectedly removed. This wouldn't be part of the Daily Digest of changes but more of an on-demand change report. I know a version of such a report or audit trail is available to Developer users in a very simple form, but it would be useful to allow users of varied permissions to identify which page (page name, ID) was removed and by which editor (username, full name).
