Here's a few PHP-based Live Chat apps that you could integrate into a BigTree site:

http://livehelp.stardevelop.com/

I have tried various site, I think i am unsure where to put the html code. When I put it in the code part of the paragraph box it never seems to work. Is there a way I can add my own html box or section without putting it into the body of the paragraph?

I'm not really familiar with implementing any of the apps personally, but you'd most likely need to install them into the /site/ directory rather than trying to work within BigTree's "Pages" area.

Okay I got it to work with a www.purechat.com. You have to do what i initially did which was edit the code when working with a paragraph. Simply paste it in there but the only way you cab see it is by taking it live. You cannot simply click to preview because it will not show.

I always prefer using Livehelperchat (https://livehelperchat.com/) it's pretty solid and packed with (customizable) options.
