Editing callouts - modal windows z-index issue

The callout modal windows (i.e. Insert Link) are opening behind the content editor windows. Apparently they have a z-index set lower than the callout editor does. This bug is reproducible in the demo site if you log in and go to the following edit page window:

http://demo.bigtreecms.org/admin/pages/ … _to_self=1

Note: I am currently using the latest version of Chrome on OSX, and have not tested this with other browsers.

Thanks for the bug report! We've adjusted the zIndex system in BigTree 4.1.1 which should be released soon. I'll verify that this particular issue is fixed!
